Towards the top of every page on our webstore, you may search for the product you are interested in using the search box. Please make sure you are spelling the product name correctly.  It is a very common mistake to accidentally misspell titles of resources.  

If what you want is not coming up, try simplifying your search using fewer words. If there are no results, there is a good chance we either do not carry that item or we are currently out of stock. Items we carry but are out of stock will not appear in search.  If you have further questions about a product, please contact customerservice@ihopkc.org.

Participation is simple! All you need to do is have an account with us.  

To create an account, just click 'sign in' and follow the prompts. You may create an account with your email or by signing in with your social network profile.  

You will automatically begin to accumulate points for activities on our site. You can click on the Forerunner Rewards tab in your account menu to see all the different rewards available to you.  You can also see different ways to earn points to get rewards under the 'earn points' tab.

You can earn points by completing various different actions. You can view the different ways to earn points under the 'earn points' tab. 

Some of the activities which earn points are: 

• Social Login (20 points each for first 5 times)
• Place an order (5 points per $1; unlimited)
• Leaving a review (25 points per item; please only review items you have purchased)
• Referring a friend (1,000 points if they make a purchase, and they get 10% off!; unlimited)
• Sharing to social media (25 points each for first 5 times)
• Creating an account (250 points one-time)
• Posting in Our Community (20 points each for first 5 times)
  
• Spend over $150 on a single order for extra points on top of what you already get  for your order (1000 points unlimited)
• Sharing your wishlist (25 points each for first 5 times)
• Points for purchasing highlighted product (points may vary; unlimited)
• Complete your social profile (50 points one-time)
• Enter your birthday on your profile (1000 points on your birthday!)

You may spend your points on any rewards in which you have enough points in your point balance. 

You can see your point balance by going to your 'My Rewards tab'  You will see your balance in the upper right corner of the page. 

To redeem a reward, click on the 'rewards' tab and choose a reward that you have enough points to redeem. The rewards which you have enough points to redeem will have a 'Redeem' below them.  The rewards you do not have enough points to get yet will have a grayed out 'Earn Forerunner Rewards Points' button below them. 

After clicking redeem, confirm and copy the code.  You can paste the code into the coupon code box either on the cart page or in the pop-up which appears when you add an item to the cart.

After you have redeem your reward, you will be given a discount code. Copy this code. 

Find the product(s) on our store you would like to purchase and add them to your cart (along with any other resources you would like to purchase). 

Click on the cart button at the top of the screen, near the search box. 

Wait a few seconds for the discount widget to appear.  You will see a box at the top of the page that says 'Discount code' inside of the box. Paste your code in this box, then click 'Apply'.  The discount will apply at checkout automatically.  

You may now proceed to the checkout page if you have added all the items you would like to the purchase.
