Getting Started With Your Account

How to Create an Account

On Desktop:

On any page, click on the 'Sign in' button in the header.

Next, click on 'Sign up'.

Then, decide if you want to use facebook, google plus, or an email/password combo to log in with.  You cannot change this in the future, so please choose carefully.

All done! Your account is now created.  You are now able to use all of your account features, such as:

  • Viewing your Order History
  • Earning Rewards with Forerunner Rewards
  • Adding items to your wishlist to purchase later.
  • Engaging in the Forerunner Bookstore Community

How to Log In to Your Account

On any page, click on the 'Sign in' button in the header.

Next, log in using the same method you used to create your account.

You are now logged in!

How to View Account Menu Options

Once you have created an account and are logged in, a dropdown menu called 'Your Account' will replace the 'Sign in' button in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage.  Click on the dropdown menu to view your account menu options.

In the 'Your Account' Menu, there are a variety of options available for you to choose from to engage with your information, the Forerunner Bookstore, and other users.

  • My Orders - Click here to view your order history page, where you can reorder past orders, see order information, and more.
  • My Wishlist - Click here to view the items you have added to your wishlists.
  • My Rewards - Click here to view your rewards page, where you can see how to earn points and what rewards you can earn and more.
  • Customer Reviews - Click here to see a review page and see what other people are saying about our resources
  • Help Center - Click this to open the help center
  • Logout - Click this to log out of your account

How to Log Out of Your Account

From any page, open your account menu by clicking on the 'Your Account' dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner. Then, simply click 'Log Out' and that's it!

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

For domestic orders:

Generally, we ship out orders in one business day* or less from the time they were placed. How long an item will take to get to you will depend primarily on the shipping option you chose at checkout:

  • Free Shipping - Orders with free shipping will be shipped the least expensive way available, usually Media Mail or First Class. Items shipped this way will usually arrive in 6 business days or less within the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.
  • First Class - First class is only available for orders that weigh 1 pound or less and usually takes 2-3 business days.
  • Standard Shipping - Orders with free shipping will be shipped the least expensive way available, usually Media Mail or First Class. Items shipped this way will usually arrive in 6 business days or less within the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.
  • Priority Mail - Items shipped via priority mail will generally arrive in 1-3 business days from when we ship it.

*Orders which contain items we make in house may take an extra business day or two for us to create and ship out.

For International Orders:

We will prepare and ship your order as fast as possible. Orders can take anywhere from a few days to 90 business days, depending on the country you live in.  If you have specific questions, please contact us at forerunnerbookstore@ihopkc.org

Can I return or exchange my item?

Exchanges:

We do not generally accept exchanges, though we may make exceptions in certain cases. Usually you will need to pay for shipping the item back to us and for it to be shipped back to you. Please contact forerunnerbookstore@ihopkc.org for more information.

Order Issues

Please contact customer service at forerunnerbookstore@ihopkc.org to receive assistance. It is helpful to include your order number and state what product(s) is missing. Please be sure you did not receive an email from customer service stating there was a delay in your order prior to contacting us.

The item I ordered does not work. What should I do?

Accessing Your Order History and Account Information Page

From any page, open your account menu by clicking on the 'Your Account' dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner. Then, click on 'My Orders' and you will see your Order History and Account Information page!

You should now see your order history page.

Overview of Order History and Account Information Page

The Order History and Account History page allows you to view key accounts details and your order history in one quick and easy place.

Features:

  • On the left, you will see 5 things:
  1. Your Name (or the name of your ministry/business you have a wholesale account).
  2. Quick Access Links for Account Menu - These are the same which are under the 'Your Account' dropdown menu.
  3. Your Default Address - This is the default shipping address you currently have selected.
  4. Your Email.
  5. View Addresses Link - Here, you can view the addresses on your account and change your default address if needed.
  • Under the Order History section, you will see a quick summary of your order using 5 metrics:
  1. Order - This column displays your order number and a quick reorder icon.  Both are clickable. Clicking on the order number will bring you to a detailed order page for that order.  Clicking on the quick reorder icon will allow you to quickly and easily place that same order again.
  2. Date - This column displays the date each order was placed.
  3. Payment Status - This column shows whether the order was paid or refunded.
  4. Fulfillment Status - This column tells you whether the order has been fulfilled yet or if it is still awaiting fulfillment.
  5. Total - This column displays the total cost of each order.

Viewing Detailed Order Information

On your Order History and Account Information Page, click on the order number (#XXXX) for the order you want to view (located under the 'Order' column) to open the detailed information page for that order.

If you accidentally click the icon instead of the order number, do not worry.  You did not just place an order. A popup will appear.  In the popup, you can click 'View Order Details' in the lower right corner to get to the order detail page.

Overview of the Detailed Order Page

Features:

  • Order Number - In the upper lefthand corner of the page, you will see the order number (Order #XXXX). 
  • Re-Order & Checkout Button - Below the order number is a button called 'Re-Order & Checkout' which you can click if you would like to place this order again.
  • Date & Time - Below the 'Re-Order & Checkout' button, you will see the date and time the order was placed.
  • Billing Address - Below the Date & Time, you will see the Billing Address information used on this order and the payment status (telling you if this has been paid or refunded).
  • Shipping Address - To the right of the Billing Address, you will see the Shipping Address information used on this order.  This is where we shipped the order if there were physical items to be shipped.  This will still appear even if the order only consisted of downloadable products. It does not mean we accidentally shipped a download in physical form. You will also see the Fulfillment status here.
  • Order Details - Below the Billing Address, you will see a table with 5 columns, giving details of the item(s) you ordered on this order:
  1. Product - The Product column will list the names of products (and the variant chosen if the product has variants) in the order and the date they were fulfilled on if they have been fulfilled. At the bottom of this column, after all products in the order have been listed, you will also see 'Subtotal', a code and 'Discount' (if a discount was used on this order), and 'Total:'.
  2. SKU - This column displays the SKU of that product in our system.
  3. Price - This column displays the retail price you paid for this product. This does not reflect discounts, but will reflect sale or clearance prices.
  4. Quantity - This column displays how many of each product was ordered on this order.
  5. Total - This column displays the total price of all the copies of the product (the Price column multiplied by the Quantity column) for the product rows.  This column will also display the subtotal of the whole order on the 'Subtotal' row, the total saved through any discounts on the order on the 'Discount' row (this row does not display if no discount was applied to order), and the total paid for the whole order on the 'Total:' row.

How to Reorder a Previous Order

There are two ways to quickly reorder a previous order without having to do so manually.

Option 1:

On the Order History and Account Information page, locate the order you would like to reorder and press the reorder icon (looks like a basket with an infinite arrow around it).

There are several things you can do in the popup.  You will see a summary of the order, its total price, some of the items in the order and their price, an option to view more details, and the 'Reorder and Checkout' button.  If you want to view more details before ordering this, click 'View Order Details'. Otherwise, click 'Re-Order & Checkout' to continue with the order.  This will not finalize the order.  It will take you to the checkout page. Proceed to checkout as normal.

Option 2:

On the Order Detail page, click the 'Re-Order & Checkout' button.  This will bring you to the checkout page, where you can checkout as normal.

Using Your Wishlist (My Wishlist)

Accessing Your Wish List

To access your Wish List, lick on "Wish List" at the top of the header.

How to Add Items to Your Wishlist

You can add items to your wishlist from our homepage, a collection page, or the item's product page. Simply navigate to the product you would like to add to your wishlist.  Follow the instructions below to add the item to your wishlist.  

From Homepage

Find the resource you would like to add to your wishlist.  In the upper right corner of the product photo, there will be a little heart icon.  This icon can add and remove the item to your wishlist when clicked.  It will turn from a heart outline to a solid heart when it is in your wishlist.  You can click the solid heart at any time to remove the item from your wishlist.

From Collection page

Find the resource you would like to add to your wishlist.  In the upper right corner of the product photo, there will be a little heart icon.  This icon can add and remove the item to your wishlist when clicked.  It will turn from a heart outline to a solid heart when it is in your wishlist.  You can click the solid heart at any time to remove the item from your wishlist.

From Product page

Next to the add to cart button, you will see a button that will say 'Add to Wishlist'.  Click this button to add the resource to your wishlist.  The button will change to read 'In Wishlist' once the product is on your wishlist.  To remove an item from your wishlist, click the 'In Wishlist' button and it will be removed and the button will read 'Add to Wishlist' again.

How to Purchase Items on Your Wishlist

There are two places you may purchase items from your wishlist:

From Your 'My Wishlist' page

Navigate to your 'My Wishlist' page from the 'Your Account' menu. Find the product you would like to purchase in your wishlist and hover the cursor of your mouse over the product.  At the bottom of the resource, a 'Add to Cart' button will appear.  On products with multiple variants (options for format, color, clothing sizes, etc.), a button will appear that says 'Choose Options'.  If the 'Choose Options' button appears, click on this instead of 'Add to Cart'.  If you only see the 'Add to Cart' button appear, then click on 'Add to Cart' and you are finished.  You may then continue shopping or click the 'View Cart' button which appears to finish shopping.

If you see the Choose Options button, follow these instructions. If you click 'Choose Options', a popup will appear. Choose the options you want, then click 'Add to Cart'. You may now exit the popup to continue shopping or click 'Checkout' to go to checkout.

From the Wishlist tab on Your Profile

Navigate to the wishlist tab on your profile page. Hover the cursor of your mouse over the desired product and click the 'Buy It' button which appears in the upper right corner of the product.

After clicking 'Buy It', a popup will appear with more product details. If the product has options, choose the option you want.  Then click 'Add to Cart'

After you click 'Add to Cart', a popup of the current items in your cart will appear.  Click the 'X' to continue shopping.  Click 'View Cart' to finish shopping.

How to Share Your Wishlist with Friends

Navigate to your 'My Wishlist' page under the 'Your Account' menu. Click on the social icon that represents the place you would like to share (email, facebook, twitter, pinterest, etc.  

You will then need to follow the instructions which popup.  What you see will depend on which option you select and on whether or not you are currently logged in on the selected option.  Below are a few examples of what you might see:

Pinterest will open a separate window and bring you to Pinterest.

How to Create Personal Wishlists

Navigate to your 'My Wishlist' page via the 'Your Account' menu. Click on the '+' symbol to add a new personal list (called a board).

By default, the board will be untitled.  Rename it something meaningful to you by clicking on the three dots, then selecting 'Edit Name'.  Type the name of your choosing in the box and then click the white space somewhere on the page when complete.

How to Manage Your Personal Wishlists

Expand and Collapse Boards for Easy Viewing

Personal lists (boards) exist as a feature to allow you a way to organize the items you want into multiple lists.  You can open and close each board by clicking the little icon to the left of the name of the board.

Moving Items from One Board to Another

By default, items added to your wishlist from anywhere on the site will be added to the top board. You can move them around by clicking and holding down the button on top of an image, and then dragging it to the board of your choice.

Other Things You Can Do

  • Click on an item's image to view more details.  From this detail page, you can:
  1. choose options
  2. add the resource to your cart
  3. share the resource with friends
  4. view reviews
  5. view additional pictures
  6. view the item description
  7. write a review.
  • Hover over the image and click 'Add to Cart' on items to quickly add multiple resources to your cart.  Note: If you see the 'Choose Options' button, click on it instead. There are more in depth instructions on how to purchase items from your wishlist in the Help Center.

 

Forerunner Rewards Program (My Rewards)

How do I participate in the Forerunner Rewards Program?

Participation is simple! All you need to do is have an account with us.  

To create an account, just click 'sign in' and follow the prompts. You may create an account with your email or by signing in with your social network profile.  

You will automatically begin to accumulate points for activities on our site. You can click on the Forerunner Rewards tab in your account menu to see all the different rewards available to you.  You can also see different ways to earn points to get rewards under the 'earn points' tab.

About the Forerunner Rewards Program (Understanding Forerunner Rewards)

We are very thankful that you choose to support night and day prayer by shopping with us, for we know you could choose to purchase resources elsewhere. We developed the Forerunner Rewards program because we recognize this and we want a way to award those who faithfully choose to shop with us.

The Forerunner Rewards program is a points-based rewards system where you earn points for various activities on our webstore and are then able to use those points for FREE resources, $ off vouchers, or discount codes.

You earn 5 points for every dollar you spend.  However, points can also be earned for other activities which do not require purchases, such as simply logging in or sharing resources you love with friends. For a more comprehensive list on ways to earn points, you can click here.

When you create a account on our webstore, you are automatically enrolled.  You do not need to do anything to activate rewards.  Engage with the webstore and shop as you normally would, and you will automatically be awarded points as you earn them.  We will let you know whenever you did something to earn points and when you have enough to redeem a reward!

Accessing the Forerunner Rewards Program

There are two places to access Forerunner Rewards information.  The first option is to view the Forerunner Rewards tab located in the lower left hand corner of most pages and the second option is to view the 'My Rewards' page in the 'Your Account' tab.

Option 1 - Forerunner Rewards User Interface

On most pages of our webstore, you will see a red IHOPKC logo and the words 'Forerunner Rewards' in white in the lower lefthand portion of your screen. Click on it to open the Forerunner Rewards tab.

If you are not logged in, you will see a popup prompting you to create account, where you can log in, create a store account, or learn more about the Forerunner Rewards program without logging in.

If you are already logged in (or if you finish logging in via the popup above), then you will see the Forerunner Rewards program popup, where you can then go on to redeem rewards, earn points, or view our Rewards' program FAQs.

Option 2 - My Rewards Page

From any page, open your account menu by clicking on the 'Your Account' dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner.

Click on the 'My Rewards' tab.

How to Earn Points with the Forerunner Rewards Program

There are many ways to earn Forerunner Rewards points, which can be redeemed for a variety of different rewards. You can view which ways to earn points are currently available to you from the 'Earn Forerunner Rewards Points' tab in the Forerunner Rewards program tab (lower left portion of your screen) or on your 'My Rewards' page under the 'Your Account' menu. Either way will get you there, but using the tab in the lower lefthand corner of the screen is easier; we will use this option for the instructions below.

You can earn Forerunner Rewards Points by:

  • Referring Friends (1000 points per friend who makes a purchase)
  • Entering Your Birthday (1000 points on your birthday!)
  • Completing Your Profile (50 points)
  • Creating Your Account (250 points)

This reward is automatically applied upon creating your account.

  • Sharing Things on Facebook (100 points)
  • Spending more than $150 in one order (1000 points)

This reward will automatically apply anytime you spend $150 or more in a single order! Easy and Rewarding :-)

  • Leaving Reviews (25 points)
  • Posting in the Community (20 points)
  • Sharing Your Wishlist (25 points)
  • Logging in to your account (20 points)
  • Give a friend $5 off, get $5 off (25 points)
  • Bonus Points for purchasing the product of the month
  • Complete 5 Orders of $25 or more (1,000 points)

This reward will automatically apply after your fifth order of $25 or more.  We like to reward you for your loyal support of night and day prayer by shopping with us.

  • And for every purchase you make no matter what you purchase. (5 points per dollar)

Just shop on our store while logged in and this is automatic.  You do not have to do anything. You will be notified by email whenever you earn points.

Note:

If you complete an action and notice that for any reason the points were not added to your Forerunner Rewards balance, contact us and let us know and we will give you the points you are owed and some extra for the trouble.  It is best to use our contact form or email us at forerunnerbookstore@ihopkc.org

 

How to Check Your Forerunner Rewards Point Balance

There are two ways to get to your balance information from any page.  The easiest is to click the 'Forerunner Rewards' tab in the lower left of your screen. Otherwise, you can open your account menu by clicking on 'Your Account' and then choosing the 'My Rewards' option.

Either way, you will now be able to view your Forerunner Rewards Points balance.  In the tab, it is in the lower left corner of the screen.  On the 'My Rewards' page, your balance is towards the upper right portion of the page.  See pictures below.

How to See Points History (View Points Activity)

Go to your 'My Rewards' page.  You can get there by clicking the 'Your Account' menu in the upper right of the screen from any page.  Select the 'My Rewards' option.  Note: At this time, you can only view Rewards Activity (Points History) from the Forerunner Rewards (My Rewards) page; you cannot view it from the 'Forerunner Rewards' user interface tab.Click on the 'Activity' tab.

You are now viewing your point history/activity page.

How to Redeem and Use a Reward

Access the Forerunner Rewards Program. You can redeem rewards from two different places: the Forerunner Rewards user interface tab OR your 'My Rewards' page. Redeemed rewards will be used the same way no matter where you redeem the reward.

Option 1 - Redeeming from the Forerunner Rewards user interface tab

Find the reward you would like to redeem in the 'Get rewards' tab.  You can only redeem rewards that you have enough points to redeem.  Available rewards will have a button that says 'Redeem' next to them. Rewards that you do not have enough points to redeem yet will say 'Earn Forerunner Rewards Points'.

Click 'Redeem' to confirm and finish redeeming this reward.  Be sure this is the reward you want before clicking.  When you click, you will spend the amount of points equal to the cost of this reward.

Click 'Copy' to easily copy the code to your clipboard.  You can paste this code in the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout.  You will also receive an email with code in it, if you want to use it later.  You may also write this code on some paper and manually type it in if you are not familiar with using copy and paste on your device.

Now that you have the code saved to your clipboard, you can shop for items relevant to the code.  Find them, add them to your cart, go to your cart, checkout, enter the code during the checkout process, and click apply.  The code will be applied.

Option 2 - Redeeming from your 'My Rewards' page

Find the reward you would like to redeem by scrolling down and browsing rewards on your 'My Rewards' page.  You can only redeem rewards that you have enough points to redeem.  Available rewards will have a button that says 'Redeem' below them. Rewards that you do not have enough points to redeem yet will say 'Earn Forerunner Rewards Points' instead of 'Redeem'.

Click 'Redeem' to confirm and finish redeeming this reward.  Be sure this is the reward you want before clicking.  When you click, you will spend the amount of points equal to the cost of this reward.

Earning Points by Referring Friends

  • Referring Friends (1000 points per friend who makes a purchase)

In the Forerunner Rewards tab, click on 'Earn Forerunner Rewards Points' on the left.

Next, click on the 'Refer a friend, earn rewards, and save!' option.

Last, choose your method of sharing.  You can copy the link and send that via any method you choose (email, text, social media, etc.).  Or you can click one of the social icons and share directly to the corresponding social profile. You will earn points if a friend clicks the link and makes a purchase.  Your friend will receive a free shipping offer on their order automatically.

Getting Points on Your Birthday

In the Forerunner Rewards tab, click on 'Earn Forerunner Rewards Points' on the left.

Next, click on the 'Enter your birthday' option.

On the edit profile page, enter your birthday information and then scroll down to save changes.  You can complete your profile while you are at it and earn the 'Complete Your Profile' Reward as well.

Scroll down and click 'Save Changes' to finish.

Earning Points by Completing Your Profile

  • Completing Your Profile (50 points)

In the Forerunner Rewards tab, click on 'Earn Forerunner Rewards Points' on the left.

Next, click on the 'Complete profile' option.

On the edit profile page, fill out all fields and add an image.

Scroll down and choose your preferences.  Then, click 'Save Changes' to finish.

Earning Points by Sharing to Facebook

  • Sharing Things on Facebook (100 points)

In the Forerunner Rewards tab, click on 'Earn Forerunner Rewards Points' on the left.

From there, you will have a facebook box popup.  if you are logged into facebook, you simply need to type a message to your friends and click the 'Post to Facebook' button. Otherwise, log into facebook first.

Earning Points by Leaving Reviews

  • Leaving Reviews (25 points)

Leaving reviews is easy.  Around two weeks after you get your order, you will receive an email asking what you thought.  Simply fill out the form in the email and points will be awarded to you automatically.  However, you do not have to wait to be rewarded for reviews! You can find any product on our store, go to its product page, and leave a review by clicking on 'Write a review' or 'Reviews' under the product's title or 'Add Review' below the product description.

Next, select the star rating (hopefully 5 stars) by clicking on the right-most star for 5 stars, going one to the left for each star.  Write a short title (usually a word or two, a phrase, or short sentence. Then, write a detailed review, ideally a sentence in length at least or a few paragraphs at most. Last, click 'Post' when you are finished.

Please note: Reviews are moderated. We will not post reviews which contain language or that would be considered inappropriate. We will post honest reviews, even they are negative.  Please try to be respectful even if you did not like the resource. Reviews will be published after we have had a chance to read it.  We read every review that is submitted.

Earning Points by Posting in the Community

  • Posting in the Community (20 points)

In the Forerunner Rewards tab, click on 'Earn Forerunner Rewards Points' on the left.

Next, click on the 'Post in Community' option.

On the 'Live Feed' page, click the '+Share' button to make a post on the community board.

Type a message.  If you are talking about a resource, start typing the name of the resource and click it on the dropdown that appears to tag it to your post.

Earning Points by Giving and Getting $5 Coupon Codes

  • Give a friend $5 off, get $5 off (25 points)

In the Forerunner Rewards tab, click on 'Earn Forerunner Rewards Points' on the left.

Next, click on the 'Give a friend $5 off, get $5 off' option.

Then, choose where you would like to share this offer with friends.  Your friends will receive $5 off of their order and you will receive a code for $5 off your next order as well as Forerunner Rewards points.

Next, you will create a message or post on your chosen method.

How to See What Others Thought about Resources (Reviews)

Accessing the Reviews Page

There are two ways to see reviews: On the product page or on the reviews page.  This article will explain how to access the central page where you can view all reviews.

From any page, open your account menu by clicking on the 'Your Account' dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner. Click on the 'Reviews' tab to view the reviews page.

Using the Reviews Page

There are a variety of things you can do on the Reviews page. The below image gives an overview of the page:

  • You may use the search box to search for reviews of a specific resource.  
  • You can use the filter options to reorganize the reviews by highest or lowest rating, most helpful, or with pictures.  By default, the most recent are shown. 
  • You can write a site reviews by clicking 'Add Review'. 
  • You may share a review you like with your friends by clicking 'Share'. 
  • Every review displays a picture of the resource, the rating given, the resource name, the date published, the customer's review title, and the customer's message about the resource.
  • You can give a thumbs up to reviews you like and find helpful and a thumbs down to reviews you do not like or find helpful.

 

Sharing a Review

Go to the Reviews page using the 'Your Account' menu. Find the review you would like to share with your friends. Click 'Share'.

After clicking 'Share', the social media platform options will appear.  Click on the one which represents the platform you would like to share the review with your friends through.

A new window will appear where you can finish sharing.  If you are not already signed in to the social media platform of your choosing, you will need to do so.

Shipping Information

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping on domestic orders of $50 or more. The only way to receive free shipping on orders less than $50 is to use a free shipping code, which you can get by redeeming reward for free shipping in our Forerunner Rewards program.  Click here to view our rewards Program.

The Free Shipping offer is only extended to orders in the United States. However, International Shipments of $50 ore more do receive a shipping discount in the form of an additional $5 off the order to help offset shipping costs.

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely, yes.  We ship to most countries around the world.  The best way to verify whether or not we can ship to you is to place an order. Shipping options will be displayed and chosen in the checkout process.

I Paid for International Shipping Already. Why Am I Being Charged to Get My Order?

When it comes to International Shipments, there are other fees that can be involved besides paying for the actual shipping and these can vary greatly by country. 

The shipping you pay to us is the shipping we pay to the courier(s) to ship the package (less a $0.30 handling fee).  However, some countries pose additional taxes and duties on shipments coming from the United States. We do not include taxes and duties in our shipping charges, because we would only be charging estimates if we did, which could result in you overpaying for your order without us knowing about it or in there being a shortage that would need to be paid anyways.  

For these reasons, we only charge the shipping charges and a small $0.30 handling fee for all of our orders. If taxes and duties are due, you will need to pay them to receive your package.  We do not receive these funds.

Customs or a Courier may contact you by phone and/or email for various reasons if there are any complications. Feel free to contact us if you are in need of assistance and we will do our best to help.

No Shipping Options Are Appearing at Checkout

If this happens to you for any reason, please contact our webstore manager as soon as possible at fbs-webstore@ihopkc.org to let us know. You may call us and place a manual order at 816-763-0200 extension 2400 for immediate assistance. If you live in the United States, you may also add additional items to your cart to make the total go over $50, in which case the free standard shipping option will appear. Thank you.

Product Information

I am interested in purchasing resources. How can I see if you carry the product I am searching for?

Towards the top of every page on our webstore, you may search for the product you are interested in using the search box. Please make sure you are spelling the product name correctly.  It is a very common mistake to accidentally misspell titles of resources.  

If what you want is not coming up, try simplifying your search using fewer words. If there are no results, there is a good chance we either do not carry that item or we are currently out of stock. Items we carry but are out of stock will not appear in search.  If you have further questions about a product, please contact forerunnerbookstore@ihopkc.org.

How much does the product I am looking for cost?

The price of each product is displayed below the product on the product's product page. On collection pages, you may hover over products to view the price. You may get to the product page by clicking on desired product.

Can I special order the product I am looking for?

We do have some products available for special order that are not on our webstore. If you do not see what you are looking for and would like to inquire about a product, please email customer service at forerunnerbookstore@ihopkc.org. We may be able to special order the product for you.

If you need to order more of an item you see on our webstore than we have in stock, you may email customerservice@ihopkc.org to place a special order, which may qualify for a bulk discount.

Please note special orders will have a delayed fulfillment time, for we will either have to make the product or order it from our suppliers and/or manufacturers.

When will the product I am looking for be back in stock?

We cannot guarantee we will get the product you are looking for back in stock. The best thing you can do is to email forerunnerbookstore@ihopkc.org to see if we will be getting the item back in stock.

If we restock a product, it will usually take 2-4 weeks to receive it back in stock from when we order. From time to time, we discontinue products, but they may still be able to be ordered via a special order by contacting customerservice@ihopkc.org. Other products only carry for part of the year or for a limited time.

Can you send us some free product?

Whereas we would love to be able to send out free materials to everyone, the products our bookstore carries are not free for us to produce, sell, or send out. Therefore, there is a limit on how much we can give away. Please send a request to customer service at forerunnerbookstore@ihopkc.org and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Most requests will be denied or altered. Some may be fulfilled, as we are able.

When will Mike Bickle’s next book come out?

We do not know when Mike Bickle will release another book. When we do know, it will be advertised and will be available on our webstore. To see Mike's available books, please click here.

Are there any new music CDs out for the artist I like?

The CDs which we currently carry and have in stock are on our webstore. Please use the search box at the top of every page to search for the item you are looking for.

I have heard that you give all your product away for free. Is that true?

No. We offer many resources at fair prices for purchase on our webstore, with many ways to earn discounts with our rewards program.

However, we do offer quite a few free resources, such as:

May we copy and/or distribute your materials?

Our general policy is 'Our copyright is the right to copy' as you may have heard Mike Bickle say from stage.  However, that does not apply to everything we sell, for many items are not ours.

You may freely copy and distribute Mike Bickle’s teaching DVDs, CDs, MP3s, and notes. Feel free to copy these resources for individuals or groups and to translate them into your own language (some have already been translated--please contact translation@ihopkc.org to find out more).

You may take Mike’s teaching notes and change them, using your own words, with the following rule: If you change the wording, please put your own name on them and delete Mike Bickle’s name. 

This policy is for non-commercial use only. If you wish to use the product for resale, please do so via a wholesale account with us. For special circumstances, contact us at copyright@ihopkc.org to arrange a written contract. 

If you are quoting Mike Bickle in a commercial product, there is no need to contact us, but please use appropriate citation.

This policy DOES NOT apply to:

Wholesale/Bulk Orders

Do you offer any sort of bulk discounts?

Yes. There are two ways to receive bulk discounts, depending on who you are. 

If you represent a business, ministry, church, and/or house of prayer, please apply for a wholesale account by clicking here. A wholesale account will have better discounts than a normal bulk order, so please apply if you think you would qualify.

For all others, we offer bulk discounts on books by Mike Bickle, Forerunner Publishing books and Forerunner Music albums.  The bulk discount will apply automatically as you add the correct quantities to your cart:

  • 1 copy of the same item—Listed Price
  • 2 to 4 of the same item—5% off
  • 10 to 24 of the same item—10% off
  • 25 or more of the same item—15% off

Do you offer any sort of wholesale account?

Yes. If you represent a house of prayer, church, Christian bookstore, or another sort of ministry, you may apply for a wholesale account on our wholesale account information page, which you can get to by clicking here. Anyone who is approved for a wholesale account has access to our products at a discounted rate. Applications are subject to approval or denial on a case-by-case basis.

How do I order more items than you have in stock?

There may be instances where you try to place a large quantity order on our webstore that it does not work.  This will only happen if you are placing an order for an item we have less stock available than what you are attempting to order. 

But do not worry, you can still place a special order.  You may contact forerunnerbookstore@ihopkc.org to place a special order for orders that are larger than we have in stock.  

Please understand special orders will take longer to fulfill, as we will need to either make or order more of that item prior to fulfilling your order.

Notes on Wholesale Accounts:

If you are approved, you will receive a wholesale customer account login that will automatically apply wholesale level discounts on our website, store.ihopkc.org. You will need to be logged in with your wholesale account in order for wholesale pricing to be applied. Normal Prices will appear on all products as normal.  However, on the product page you will see your wholesale discount percentage, which will be applied at checkout. Please understand that payment must be made in full, as with all orders.  Domestic orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping.

Gift Cards

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes. We offer ONLINE ONLY gift cards. This gift card can only be purchased online and it can only be used on our online store, and will not work in our physical stores. The increments are set ($10, $25, $50, $75, $100, $250), but you may purchase as many as you want. When purchased, a digital gift card will be sent to the email address you provide.

Can I use a gift card I bought online in your physical stores?

No, we are sorry, but gifts cards can only be used for online purchases.

Will my gift card expire?

Gift cards you purchase from us do not expire.  However, we do ask that you try to use them as quick as possible and encourage those you buy them for to try to use them in a year or less if possible.  

Funds for gift cards are tied up until they are spent, and therefore your gift card purchase does not go to benefit night and day prayer on our missions base until the gift card balance is spent. Thank you.
